Educational background in human communication and sports taught me the basics of leadership. Working alonside several Olympic Champion coaches over the course of a decade made me connect the science with the practical excellence of a true servant leader.

Learning leadership and the pursuit of mastery in one's craft (in my case as a volleyball coach) took me around the world. I served as an assistant and then head coach in eight countries including the United States, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Slovenia. Every culture was different, but the principles of success and the nature of human beings were remarkably similar everywhere. Correct principles don't change, they are not here one day and gone the next. With practice we can all become the archetype of a good leader, both demanding but safe, firm but warm - all at the same time.
