We stay with what is present.
Sometimes something asks to be met closer to the body, the Earth and what is essential. Sometimes something wider is present, beyond what can yet be named.
There is room for what has words and what does not. For rootedness and openness. For what is known and what is not yet known.
Something may become visible.
Something may unfold.
Something may change.
The work is about becoming more fully here — returning to the stability of being.
What is met can return with you into your own Life, leaving more of you available to it.
